It's pretty easy really. You need your online shop address (like www.uni-kit.co.uk/leeds/canoe) - if you don't have this then you can have a look at the full list here.

Anyway, once you're there, you pick the items you want, and select the colour and size you require. You might be able to add personalisation - follow the instructions on the screen.

Once you have done this, you enter your details and you will be given an order number and a total amount for your order. We won't do anything with your order details until payment is received, but once that happens we'll allocate some stock to your order, and schedule it with our embroidery and printing teams. Most orders are completed in around 2 weeks and they are then sent out to the address you specify.

You should get 3 emails from us, each including your order number:

• Your order confirmation - when you confirm the order
• Receipt of payment - when you make payment
• Notification of delivery - when your order is dispatched

(If you run a spam filter, please check your junk folder for these messages)

Sometimes, if you've pressed 'Refresh' (patience...!) or 'Back' during the order process, you might make a duplicate order, in which case you will get two order confirmations (with two different order numbers). However, you should only get one receipt as you only pay for one order, and this is the only order we actually process - the other will be cancelled.
