Nikki's got a special place in everyone's heart. She was our first employee, and after enduring months of embroidery and printing, she's moved into the office. Our customers love her, because she's the friendly voice on the end of the phone who'll talk them through artwork requirements or setting up an online shop.

Viz looks forward to the Spring, when we get all the orders through from cricket clubs. It puts him in the right frame of mind for the season - hitting things for six and all that. For us, it means that Monday mornings take that bit longer to get going as we've got to feed Viz an extra cup of coffee before he limbers up into his normal frenetic embroidery and printing frenzy.

'Jack - we've got a bit of a busy period coming up at Uni Kit. Do you fancy helping us out?' When Will asked his brother for a favour, he didn't expect him to stay this long! Jack insists that he's actually planning a ruthless rise to the top of the country's media industry after his degree in Media Studies from Derby, but he's just been sidetracked by spending all his money on Ebay.

Will got the idea for Uni Kit after he spent a couple of months clambering over Leeds Uni Cricket Club kit to get to bed. While he's now a 'fashion tycoon', previous lives include being a white water raft guide, an IT geek and a ski bum. He's now embarked on a different type of adventure - marriage and children!

John is a self-described "swiss army knife". A super-talented IT and graphics wizard, he's also pretty handy in the DIY department. In fact, he installed the Uni Kit kitchen whilst taking a break from server-building. Based in Leeds, he looks after our IT and marketing. Another former Leeds University Canoe Club member, John is also a pretty useful snowboarder.
